Objectives
Each monthly CME/CE module contains ten objectives, one objective per abstracted article. These objectives are listed at the beginning of each module.
Needs Assessment
Physicians, CRNAs, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare professionals must continually update their body of knowledge to keep current in their specialty. This is especially true in the area of pain management. Pain is the most common symptom seen by health care providers. Providers in virtually all specialties assess and treat patients with complaints of pain. All providers must have information on pain, which is published in journals devoted to their specialties. Healthcare professionals require this important information without the time consuming necessity of searching out these articles from the medical journals currently published. They also desire and need quality educational material provided on the internet, a media which is easy to use, and can be utilized 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Dannemiller, a leader in the provision of quality educational programs in pain and pain management, selects articles from peer-reviewed medical journals and provides these educational abstracts on this website to meet this need.
Disclosure
Dannemiller requires that the faculty participating in a continuing medical activity disclose to its participants any significant financial interest or other relationship (1) with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) and/or provider(s) of commercial services discussed in an educational presentation, and (2) with any commercial supporters of this activity.

To provide those who treat pain management patients with updates on current and evolving information covering the entire spectrum of pain management. With each module, the participant will receive information related to pharmaceutical and biological agents, equipment and devices, techniques and modalities used in the treatment of acute, chronic, and/or postoperative pain.
Postings/Expiration Dates
Each module will remain active on the site for 12 months. Modules are not archived for access beyond the full-posted year. One month following the removal of a month's module from the site, Dannemiller will no longer award credit for that month's modules. No exceptions will be made.
